She was predeceased by: her parents, John Albert and Margaret Theresa Umholtz (Welch); her husband Edward J. Leikhim; and her brother Robert J. "Bob" Umholtz. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard W. Umholtz (Violet) and Peggy Ann Weaver (late Alan); her nieces, Donna (Dennis), Kathleen and Pamela (Doug); her nephew Richard (Colleen); and her friend Kim. She is also survived by her 11 great-nieces and nephews; her 6 great-great-nieces and nephews; and her caregiver.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lois' name to Christ the King Church.
