He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastiano Macchiarella and Anna Macchiarella (LaTargia). He is survived by: his wife Linda Di Caprio Macchiarella (DiCaprio) of Guilderland, NY; his sons, Nick S. Macchiarella (Joanne Longtin), Anthony Macchiarella (Daniel Goldstein) and Daniel P. Macchiarella (Jennifer Foley Macchiarella); his grandchildren, Madison O. and Daniel N.; and his siblings, Antoinette Tralongo, Lia Russo, Ellena Mallozzi, Maryanne Miano and Robert Macchiarella.
