He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. DeGonza and Helen DeGonza (Coetta); his brother Raymond DeGonza (Roberta); and his niece Dionne DeGonza. He is survived by: his wife Betty DeGonza (Heitzman); his children, Shelley Salerno (Joseph), Jodie Gay (Stephen), Richard DeGonza (Darlene) and Jill Collen (Donald); his grandchildren, Alyssa Volkmer (Mark), Brittany Gay (Austin Cater), Jessica Santello (Joseph) and Jeremy Collen; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Will Volkmer; his siblings, Gail Farley and Garry DeGonza (Laurie); and his caregivers, Joanne and Cheryl. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
