She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Robert McIntosh. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Weinlein of Charlotte, NC, Michele Boyd (David) of French Camp, MS, Kim Smeaton (Charles) of Schenectady, NY and Lynn Johnson (Michael) of Chancellor, AL.; and her grandchildren, Eric Matthews, Phil Matthews, Danielle Matthews, Zachary Johnson, Jared Johnson, Joshua Matthews, Jessica Weinlein, Ethan Revelia, Austin Boyd, Katie Bariteau, Garrett Boyd and Marisa Weinlein.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Meadowlawn Memorial Park (6121 AL-27, Enterprise, AL 36330).
