We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2025, at the age of 66, Vanessa M. Kahn of Guilderland, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Vanessa may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vanessa touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henri Kahn and Vanessa Kahn. She is survived by: her sisters, Dora Dalgoutte (Chris) and Zulie Gundermann (Monty); her nephews, Eric Vardin (Anastasiya) and Ryan Gundermann; her great-niece Sophia Vardin; her aunt Dora Benedicto; and her cousins, Jorge Guim (Paola) and Gulliermo Guim.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Madeline Sophie Church (3500 Carman Rd, Schenectady, NY 12303).
