He was predeceased by: his parents, Hereld S. Warner and Doris Warner; his wife Jo Ann; his siblings, Larry, Lynn, Jean, Carol and Marilyn; and his daughter Pamela Jo Rhoades.

He is survived by: his sister Judy Miller (Chuck); his children, Craig D. Warner (Tami) and Jennifer L. Scofield (Alan); and his son-in-law CJ Rhoades. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great?grandchildren.
