Kimberly leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Kimberly’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Kimberly will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bigler and Patricia Battaglia Bigler. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas J. Turo of Amsterdam; her children, Joshua T. Turo of Malta, NY and Alyssa A. Lewis (Christopher) of Rexford, NY.; her granddaughter Madelyn S. Lewis; her aunt Joyce Battaglia of Amsterdam; and her cousin Rachelle Cotugno of Amsterdam.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose & Hughes Funeral Home (200 Church St, Amsterdam, NY 12010). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (156 E Main St, Amsterdam, NY 12010).
