Patricia (Sargalis) VanWert Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia (Sargalis) VanWert of Hagaman, New York, who passed away on February 15, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Sargalis and Sadie Sargalis (Luksis); and her sister Antoinette Knapik. She is survived by: her sons, Arizona and Robert Anthony VanWert (Cathie); her grandchildren, Samuel and Thomas VanWert; her daughter Susan VanWert Kilinski (Greg); her grandsons, Michael, Matthew and Brayden Kilinski; her niece Karen Knapik-Scalzo (John); and her nephew Michael Knapik (Amy). She is also survived by children along with several cousins.
