He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vila and Joan Ammerall Vila. He is survived by: his son Peter Vila Jr. (Terri); his grandson Michael Iannotti; his brothers, Frank Vila (Wanda) and Bruce Vila (Christine); and his nephew Jerod Vila.
