She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Green and Myrtle Green (O'Dell); her husband Bernard Smith; and her daughter Sharon Waters. She is survived by: her children, Bernard Smith, Charles Smith (Cindy), Susan Mattison (Kenny), Kathy Girard (Geoffrey), Donald Smith (Linda), Paul Smith (Jenni), Billy Smith and Walter Waters (Maria). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home (11 Algonkin St, Ticonderoga, NY 12883). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
