James Sandford Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Sandford of Hague, New York, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Sandford Major and Muriel Major; his brother Clifford Major; his aunt Eileen Iris Kelly Hughes; and his uncle John Hughes.

He is survived by : his wife Marianne Mlaka Major; his children, Kathryn Major and Allison Major (Andrew Aspeotis); and his grandchildren, Sophia Denno, Addilyn Major and Sandford Robinson. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In addition to his success with business and contributions to the community, Jim lived a vibrant life filled with many passions.
