She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Petuske, and Olga Petuske, Sr. (Rench); and her siblings, Wilfred Petuske, Jr. and Madeline Petuske. She is survived by: her husband James G. Fontaine; and her sons, Teddy Fontaine and George Fontaine. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
