He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hartley and Rita Hartley (Belrose); and his siblings, John and Patricia Finning. He is survived by: his wife Charlene M. Hartley (Brennan); his sons, Mark (Janice) and Matthew (Stacey); his grandchildren, Matthew and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Jayce and Felix; and his siblings, Nancy Heffern and Richard Hartley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (181 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
