He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel E. Wood and Althe Henry Wood; and his brother Daniel Wood (late Rose). He is survived by: his wife Christine Andryszczyk Wood; his children, Michele Barron (James), Nicholas Wood, April Brustle (Kevin) and Jeremy Wood (Sarah); his stepchildren, Marissa Hebert and Michael Palermo (April); his brother Ken Wood (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Ashley, William, Emma, Ella, Ethan, Christian, Joshua, Micah, Hannah, Ryan, Evan, Kailey, Maximus and Zachary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to City Mission of Schenectady, Saratoga Hospice or American Cancer Society in memory of Rex S. Wood.
