It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald P. Riel of Halfmoon, New York, born in Cohoes, New York, who passed away on August 29, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dieudonne Riel and Jeanne Hamelin Riel; and his sister Reina Lyman. He is survived by: his pet Willow; his wife Nancy T. Farina Riel; his children, Mark Riel (Jackie Daurio), Terri Riel (Charlie Starr) and Nicole Rankin (late Terry); his brother Roger Riel; his grandson Alex Verchereau (Gabby); and his great grandchild Archer Verchereau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
