He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Doran Proctor; his children, Shannon Proctor (Damon) and Jason Proctor; his siblings, Wayne Proctor (Nancy), Rick Proctor (Derrie), Keith Proctor and Patty Daignault (late Patrick); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Laci, Dominic, Jake and Shawn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
