He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert A. LaBasco and Viola Bieber; his wife Rita LaBasco; and his children, Albert Jr. and Mary Ellen LaBasco.

He is survived by: his children, Nancy Merzacco (Alexander), Donna Musacchio (late Alfred) and Mark (Dawn Mackmer). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
