She was predeceased by: her husband Robert M. Burns; her parents, Robert Schick and Barbara Schick; and her sister Joan Butcher (David). She is survived by: her children, Patrick Burns, Robert Burns (Lisa), Mary Lee Marx (Ronald) and John Burns (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Melissa Anne, Scott, Jacob Marx, Eoin, Rian and Tommy Burns; her great grandchild Margot Marx; and her siblings, Mary Woodcock (Daniel), Robert Schick, John Schick (Toni) and James Schick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Barbara's name may be made to Hospice of Buffalo.
