She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Jeffers; her parents, Lovro Pericak and Ljuba Pericak; her son James Jeffers; and her siblings, Lawrence Pericak, Frank Markovich, Sylvia Pericak, Kathryn Dehn, Anna Pericak and Mary Kristich.

She is survived by: her sons, Edward L., David F. and Dennis Donna Nowicki; her granddaughter Paula Kapanek (John); and her great grandchild Lindsey Adams (Kevin). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
