He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Cybulski; his children, Michele Zak (Michael) and Daniel Cybulski (Anne); his grandchildren, Michael, Madelyn Zak, Jessica (Christian), Elizabeth, Daniel and Emma Cybulski; his great grandchildren, Savannah and Victoria; his sister Marsha Thomas (Ken); his sister-in-law Diane Almozara (Ben); and his close friends, Laura Flick, Bob Lindsley and Bob Zielonka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
