He was predeceased by: his parents, Norton Hayes and Alice Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Paula Hayes; his children, Andrew Hayes (Jennifer), Amy Steuer (Glenn) and Nicole Barrett (Eric); his brothers, Richard Hayes (Mary Beth) and Dennis Hayes (Denise); his grandchildren, Dawson Hayes (Kaitlyn), Sydney Barrett, Greta Hayes, Emma Steuer, Aleah Barrett and Blake Steuer; and his great grandchild Vincent.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations being made to Eden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
