He is survived by: his wife Kristen Gier; his daughter Kyla Gier; his parents, Gary Gier and Kathryn Gier; his sister Karen Hensen; and his nieces and nephews, Brooke and Paige Hensen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
