He is survived by: his children, Katherine Dieter and Christopher Kehm (Brianne Williams); his grandchild Kyla Dieter; his siblings, Robert Wagner (Arlene) and Anne Donohue (James); and his siblings' children, Matthew Wagner (Nicole), Stacey Lyford (Justin), Patrick Donohue, Kevin Donohue and Sean Donohue.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J Kaczor Funeral Home, Inc. (5453 Southwestern Blvd, Hamburg, NY 14075).
