He is survived by: his significant other Kim Myers; his children, John Michael Mehok and Heather Mehok (Justin Putney); his siblings, Linda Stoj (Ronald), Debbie Culligan (Michael) and Thomas Mehok (Connie); his friend Leslie Mehok; his close friend Taylor Bower; his uncle Robert Mehok (Carol); and his aunts, Martha Zimmerman and Kathy Urban. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
