He is survived by: his wife Kathie Burzynski; his sons, Kenneth Burzynski, Jr. (Tammie) and Matthew Burzynski (Jessica); his grandchildren, Scarlett Ann, Jameson, Mark, Alicia, Michelle, Ryan and Shawn; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Declan, Julian, Mason, Nolan, Ella, Monti, Elijah and Mykah; and his siblings, Lawrence Burzynski (Debbie) and Susan Burzynski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
