She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard L. Schultz; her daughter Kathleen A.; and her grandson Adam Schultz. She is survived by: her children, Leslie P. (Theresa) and Christian B. Schultz; her grandchildren, Jason R. Hayes, Mary Kathleen Hayes, Cory Schultz, Ali Schultz and Taylor Schultz (Stephen Strickland); and her great grandchildren, Nina Mutch, Jaxson Schultz, Cade Schultz and Finley Strickland.
