He was predeceased by: his wife Roseanne Manko; and his parents, George Manko and Stella Manko. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Manko (Cynthia) and David Manko (Cynthia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A prayer was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Elma Chapel (7540 Clinton St, Elma, NY 14059). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Annunciation (7580 Clinton St, Elma, NY 14059).
