He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kutas and Mary Kutas; and his siblings, Stanley, Albert, Richard, Lenora and Benjamin.

He is survived by: his wife Martha Kutas. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tom's name to the American Heart Association, St. Francis High School or Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
