She is survived by: her children, Gregory M. Bugaj (Kiersten) and Rebecca A. Majchrzak (Eric); her grandchildren, Samantha Osika (Christopher), Lauren Bugaj (Kevin Tierney), Traci Bugaj, Natalie Majchrzak, Alexa Bugaj, Brendan Bugaj, R. Mitchell Majchrzak and Camryn Bugaj; her great grandchildren, Henry and Hudson Osika; her sister Sylvia Rudnicki (William); and her daughter-in-law Lisa Druzbik (Ed).
