She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Antecki and Viola Antecki; and her sibling Thomas Antecki, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband John J. Czuba; her children, Jacob Czuba, Daniel Czuba and Adreanne Lippa (Michael Jr.); and her grandchildren, Madison, Michael III, Morgan and Aubrey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
