He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cudeck; his daughters, Jennifer Hacker-Crotty and Brittany Cudeck; and his grandchildren, Lexi, Brandon, Kylee, Cayden and Cooper. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
