He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara DiOrio; his children, Michael Dembski, Jr. (Michelle), Linda Jozwiak (Mark) and Timothy Dembski (Sonja); his grandchildren, Michael, Brian (Shelby), Ryan, Justin, Kalyn, Kevin, Bailey, Jared, Lauren and Miia; and his great grandchild Emmitt.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM.
