He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank DeSantis and Frances DeSantis. He is survived by: his wife Denise DeSantis; his children, Alan DeSantis (Lisa), Jennifer Carlo, Sean Muldowney (Kelly), Shannon Muldowney-Mascio (Dan) and Bryan Muldowney (Tammy); and his sister Rita Krawczyk. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
