Phyllis Gaye Higgins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Gaye Higgins of Hamburg, New York, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Logan Ray; her parents, Edward Ray and Cleo Irene Bouton (Draughn); and her siblings, Wilma, Barbara "Bobbie", Patsy, Edith, Deborah, William, Ronnie and Gerald.
She is survived by: her husband Richard of Hamburg; and her daughter Major Kimberly D'Amaro of Buffalo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
