He was predeceased by: his child Ryanne Sullivan. He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Lalley; his child Caitlyn Sullivan (Bill); his grandchildren, Ellie, Jake, Cali, Addy, Maia, Jack and Leah; his stepchildren, Kelly Hofner and Kevin Hofner (Jeanette); and his siblings, Cindy Garabedian (Matt), Lynn Hess (late Jody) and Kassy Sullivan. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
