She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Frederick Smith, Jr.; and her parents, Norris Sr. Shandraw and Lillian Shandraw. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Eberle, Charles F. III (Kathleen), Cynthia Syracuse and Christie Henry (Daniel, Jr.); and her sibling Jewell Northrup. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, 5 sisters and 2 brothers; also survived by many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J Kaczor Funeral Home, Inc. (5453 Southwestern Blvd, Hamburg, NY 14075). A prayer was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi (4263 St Francis Dr, Hamburg, NY 14010). An entombment was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (2900 South Park Ave, Lackawanna, NY 14218).
