He is survived by: his children, Jill Antonik (James), Robin Liszkiewicz (Mike) and Jason Kozlowski (Gina); his grandchildren, Bryan Antonik (Kate), Mark Antonik, Lauren Wiegand (Rob), Olivia Antonik, Michael Liszkiewicz, Alexandra Liszkiewicz, Luke Kozlowski and Lily Kozlowski; his great grandchildren, Campbell and Esther Antonik; his nieces and nephews, Leigh Hastie (Dave), Emma, Anna and Holly Hastie; and his former wife Judith Kozlowski.
