She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Pelczynski; her parents, Walter Osika and Laura Osika; and her siblings, Dorothy and Walter (Lillian).
She is survived by: her children, Leonard Pelczynski, Linda Hurysz (late Michael), Gregory Pelczynski, Glenn Pelczynski (Audrey) and Rebecca Pelczynski; her grandchildren, Corey (Jill), Kyle (Ashlee), Timothy (Rebecca), Jacob (Samantha) and Sarah (Zak); her great grandchildren, Clover, Ezekiel and Jameson; and her sister Mary (late Ted). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
