He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Crowley and Pauline Crowley; and his siblings, Richard Crowley (Susan) and Patricia Crowley. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Matson (Robert) and Ryan Crowley (Dania Gross); his close friend Norma Van Voskuilen; his sisters, Karen Licker (late Frank), Paula Wilczynski (Richard) and Janet Bourne (Charles); Janet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
During COVID, when the world felt uncertain, Bob did what came naturally—he cooked.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sadie's Safe Harbor Canine Rescue or Signal 30 NYS Troopers Benefit Fund in memory of William Keane.
