He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bobby" McConnell and Renee Phillips-Gini (Ryan); his grandchildren, Ryder and Ronan Gini; and his niece Kelly Billittier.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J Kaczor Funeral Home, Inc. (5453 Southwestern Blvd, Hamburg, NY 14075). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lakeside Memorial Cemetery (4810 Camp Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075).
