He is survived by: his children, Nicole, Barbara Joann Gibbons, Dale Vallon, Nichole Kaszubowski (Jim) and Michelle Marion; his granddaughter Sherry Ann Walden (Bob); his great grandchildren, Brianna Rose, Julie, Heather and Tammy; his brother John C. Vallon; his nieces and nephews, Lynn Nyitrai, Kimberly Sue Romans (William) and Jeffrey James Vallon; his great-nephew Jacob Nyitrai; and his sibling-in-law Miss Kitty.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert's name may be made to Hospice Buffalo or the Alzheimer's Association.
