She was predeceased by: her husbands, William J. McCarthy, Jr. and James J. George; her stepdaughters, RoseMarie Doyle and Susan George; her parents, Charles Lindquist and Mary Lindquist; her siblings, John Lindquist (late Emma), Edith Carr (late Larry), Virginia Nolan (late Mark) and Doris Babicke (late Robert); and her brother-in-law John McCarthy (late Frieda).
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen McCarthy, William C. McCarthy and Beth Ann Mulhollan (John); her stepson James George; her grandchildren, Brian Klas (Tijuana), Jennifer Kavanaugh (Darren), Kristin McCarthy-Craig (David), Courtney McCarthy, Allyson Szpara (Jason), Mackenzie Lamb (Matthew), Johanna Doyle (Rob Nyffenegger), Douglas Doyle Jr. and Nicole Rak (Paul); her great grandchildren, Owen Kavanaugh, Parker Klas, Emma, Colin Craig, Hudson McCarthy, Logan, Lennox Szpara and Jack Lamb; and her sister-in-law Mary Haney (late Thomas). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Rosemary's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
