She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dr. Douglas H. Moffat; her children, Renee Horne (Carl), Dara Pickard (Joel) and J. Dax Moffat (Julie); her grandchildren, Chelsea Makuch (Caleb), Aiden Pickard and Sierra Pickard; her great grandchild Maddie Makuch; and her sister Jacqueline.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Revive Wesleyan Church - Bayview Chapel (4999 McKinley Pkwy, Hamburg, NY 14075). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Revive Wesleyan Church, (Bayview Chapel) (4999 McKinley Pkwy, Hamburg, NY 14075). The inurnment will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (5223 Abbott Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be designated in Sharon's name to the Youth Ministry Programs of Revive Wesleyan Church where she was a Youth Leader for 18 years.
