He is survived by: his wife Melissa Kruszynski; his sons, Leo, Phil and Ray; his mother Susan Kruszynski (Ken Szal); his sister Katie Kruszynski (Austin Jeffords); his grandparents, Robert, Lori Forness and Kay Kruszynski; his parents-in-law, James and Colleen Marino; and his pet Bruce. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
