She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Kubiak and Mary Kubiak; and her brother David Kubiak. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristin Cleary, Kimberly Bennett (Russell) and Megan Ruszczyk (Andrew); her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Violet, Maeli, Isla (Matti) and Rocco; and her boyfriend John Gunning. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
