He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bettcher and Vivian Bettcher (Yaw); and his brother E. Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Bettcher (Cudney); his children, Michael Bettcher (Julie) and Pamela Bettcher (Tracy); his grandson Patrick Bettcher (Andrea); his sister-in-law Cathy Metzger; his sister Diane Brand (Gary); and his brothers-in-law, James Cudney (Toni) and Michael Metzger (Tammy). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends, neighbors and their dogs.
