He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Fahy and Violet Fahy; and his sister Sharon Mattice. He is survived by: his wife Carol Fahy; his daughters, Michelle O'hara (Ed), Patti Fahy (Kevin Dunn), Jill Neri-Fahy and Kelly Theis; and his stepchildren, Tracy Merkel (Ken), Kelly Wilkins and Alan Wilkins (Kim). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren along with loving family and friends.
