He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul David and Cora Lee Drum (Neil); and his sister Mary Sue. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jo; his son John (Molly); his grandchildren, Benjamin David and Isabelle Jo; and his siblings, Marshall (Bobbie) and Virginia (Don). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
