He was predeceased by: his parents, Amelia L. Raner (Decker) and Stanley H. Raner; his wife Sally Lynn Raner (Sinsebox); his parents-in-law, Leonard and Grace Sinsebox; his nephew Brian Sinsebox; his siblings, Vern Raner (Joie), Kenny Raner (April), Harold Raner, Ronnie Raner and Joyce Hixson (Les); his brother-in-law Ronnie Fox (Jerry); Kenny, Debbie and Preston.
He is survived by: his children, Marsha Dockstader (Jim) and Ricky Raner (Denise); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Adam, Tyler, Mackenzie, Mason and Cierra; his siblings, Etta Stell (Bill), Bob Raner (Cathy) and Carol Fox; his siblings-in-law, Ann Sikes (Ronnie Raner), Sue Walker (Steve), Sonya Bocenegra (Gil) and Scott Sinsebox (Karen); and his pet Taffy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bishop & DeSanto Funeral Home (35 Main St, Hammondsport, NY 14840).
