She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernon Hoad and Illa Hoad; and her siblings, Kevin Hoad and Verna Sprague. She is survived by : her close friend Terry Smith; her siblings, Linda Lambert (Jim) of Clyde, NY, Donna Conley (David) of Pulteney, NY, Anita Parulski (Mike) of Bath, NY, Sabin Hoad (Teresa) of Prattsburgh, NY and Lavern Hoad (Joy) of Florida; and her stepchild Terry. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
